Everyday objects become toys - family experience on Mother's Day with Carmen Aliesch, curator of the folklore collection. For families with children aged 4-10.
Are you still playing or are you already working? Children in the countryside had little free time 100 years ago. Nevertheless, games and competitions were part of everyday life for children, so the many tasks such as carrying wood, collecting horse manure and helping around the house even promised a touch of fun. No money for toys? No problem, because a work tool became a toy in no time. Children in the city, on the other hand, often already had board games that are still familiar today. Who else do they know? With: Carmen Aliesch, Curator Folklore Collection For families with children aged 4–10.
