Dance format
In “Movement Practice” we explore together how we can shape space with our bodies. We create different landscapes with our movements and come to a state in which we allow impulses to flow freely. It's about letting the usual functional movement sequences run out, moving our limbs and perceiving gravity, tension, space, warmth, impulses, air, noises and bringing these into an unexpected context. Spoken instructions help to guide our attention and get into a flow of intention-free design. Every two weeks, Tuesdays 7 p.m.-open end
