The Grosse Halle presents: UQFF (United Queerfeminist Festival) on Ascension weekend. Two nights curated by queer feminist actors from the Bern cultural scene.

Wed, 08.05.24 UQFF: Forcefield Records Labelnight
with Nelia Masengu (CH) / Mariposa (NL) / VVS Panther (CH) / Kumari (CH)

Forcefield Records presents you: an unexpected evening in the Grosse Halle Bern, a stimulating opening of the United Queerfeminist Festival. Immerse yourself in the Forcefield universe with us on May 8th.

From 9 p.m. we open the stage to focus our energy on the dance floor and let a force field of music and bass flow through bodies and voices. An event where we gather to celebrate, dance and be. Our goal is to create a space that is inviting and lets you become part of the Forcefield universe. Create an atmosphere with us in which everyone can shine and develop! We want to create a queer-friendly, anti-racist and feminist safer space.

So have fun, be wild and stay sensitive!

FR, 10.05.24 UQFF: Töchter* Rave
with Emily Jeanne (BE) / Timnah (CH) / Namida (CH)

On Friday, the Töchter* collective invites you to a rave. The 9 FLINTA DJs have been united in the electronic music scene for six years. This night will be all about techno:

Collective resident Namida opens the night with driving sound. She starts the journey across the spectrum of trippy and deep spheres.

Emily Jeanne is an up-and-coming DJ and producer who consciously breaks away from preconceived notions of a scene or genre and instead devotes herself to the grey areas. With an authentic approach to production and DJing, she reflects her personal transformation and creates unique, engaging sets. In fact, Jeanne's commitment to the craft itself has become her calling card. She incorporates the process of experimentation into her club performances, combining broken beats and leftfield with direct 4-to-the-floor material.

Timnah's signature style has steadily evolved since she started DJing at the age of 17. With her warm and lingering techno, she has made a name for herself far beyond the country's borders. Her mixing skills, strong emotional storytelling and intuitive understanding of the dynamics on the dance floor create a vibe that lasts until the early hours of the morning.
