You think you sing vaguely, sing softly... You dream of exploring gargles, mouth noises and rumbling noises somewhere other than in the shower... You feel like you have the voice to whine, hiss, push the sonata, bawl, hum: come on ! To discover voices, timbres, pulsations, resonances. And hear vocal pieces from all walks of life. Through a global approach where the senses, sound, space and listening are explored in a collective setting, singer and harpist Céline Hänni invites wandering and risky spontaneity. Only one prerequisite: curiosity. And onward to the music!
Céline Hänni has swapped conservatories for the “conversatory”, a vast field of experimentation. Curious, singer of oblique music, she likes sound and textual assemblages, transartistic crossings according to influences gleaned here and there. It is important to him to share the constantly renewed astonishment for sound, listening and voice.
