Jan Penarrubia ist ein erfahrener DJ aus Bern, der seit Jahren in der Szene sein Zuhause hat und mit seinem unverwechselbaren Stil die Clublandschaft aufmischt. Seine Sets sind eine Fusion aus Jazz, World, Lounge, House und Minimal, die die Tanzfläche in eine vibrierende Landschaft verwandeln. Getrieben von seiner Leidenschaft für Musik und das Auflegen verspricht Jan, jeden Gig zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen, bei dem das Publikum eine einzigartige Klangreise erlebt.
Jan Penarrubia's passion for electronic music began in 2008 when he happened to attend a party at the renowned Festmacher! Immediately infected by the techno virus, he began to build up his music collection. After using up his small apprenticeship income, Jan got some equipment with the help of a friend and tried his luck as a DJ. In 2009, after many hours of practicing and mixing, he had his first gig at a local after-hours at "Plan B" in Bern. That same year, Jan met Mike Teixeira. They hit it off straight away and started a series of parties at the "Downtown Lounge" in Bern, which they called "Flight Hours".
