Nur alle 50 Jahre wird in Grosshöchstetten das Freilichtspiel Die Blutbuche aufgeführt. Und jeweils nur an einem einzigen Abend, denn am Ende des Stücks wird der Baum gefällt.
Nun ist es wieder soweit, das Theaterfieber erfasst das ganze Dorf. Doch Regisseurin Frau Gut stösst bald einmal an ihre Grenzen, denn alle Beteiligten reden aneinander vorbei...
Der siebte Streich von schön&gut bringt einmal mehr geistreiche Satire, grenzenlose Fantasie, Wortspiel, Gesang und jede Menge fliegende Rollenwechsel.
