Lineup: Domenic Landolf: tenor sax, Keenan Ahrends: guitar, Raphael Walser: bass, Jonas Ruther: drums
Jazz with a touch of melancholy and South African roots.
With his top-class quartet, the South African guitarist presents his latest compositions, weaving together improvisation, ballads and groove with a touch of nostalgia. In Domenic Landolf, Raphael Walser and Jonas Ruther, Ahrends has brought three kindred spirits on board who are perfectly capable of bringing his ideas to life. We can look forward to a musical experience that is as energetic as it is sensitive and emotional.
