Uptown Big Band
Für das März-Konzert freut sich die Uptown Big Band auf die erstmalige Zusammenarbeit mit Nicole Johänntgen: Die Jazz-Saxophonistin und Komponistin studierte Saxophon und Komposition in Mannheim, tourt heute weltweit und beteiligt sich aktiv an der Berner Jazzszene. Als erfahrene Berufsmusikerin spielt sie ihr Saxophon gefühlvoll und expressiv mit allerhand virtuosen und vor allem natürlichen Techniktricks. Wenn Nicole Johänntgen Musik kreiert, blickt sie gerne tief. Bei ihr hat alles damit zu tun, das Leben zu spüren und zu reflektieren.
