A day in the mountains is good for you and clears your head. The Schynige Platte in the Bernese Alps is not only the starting point for many hikes, but also a perfect place for cooking. In the mountain meadow, René puts a pot of water on the boil and makes fresh spaetzli - straight from his backpack, of course. With pears and venison schnitzel, he creates a "Zvieri-Plättli" with a view.
