Yoga im Park, um bewegt und bewusst in die Woche zu starten.

Dich erwartet eine Vinyasa-inspirierte Yogastunde: Mal kraftvoll, mal ruhig, mal spielerisch, immer mit fliessenden Übergängen. Es fühlt sich an wie ein Tanz, bei dem der Atem führt. Für alle Erfahrungsstufen geeignet. Varianten werden bei Bedarf angeboten.
