WWF cour­se - Cle­an-Up Day in Frau­en­feld

Our throwaway society generates tons of garbage, including a lot of plastic, which often accumulates on the banks of water. On National Clean-Up Day we clean in Frauenfeld along the banks of the Murg and in the Murg Auenpark. National Clean-Up Day - you can help too. We humans also want to relax in streams and bank areas, the habitat of many animals and plants. Unfortunately, a huge amount of inorganic waste often disrupts the fragile natural landscape. It's not just about the disruptive factor, but also about the fact that plastic, cigarette butts and other rubbish release large amounts of toxins into the environment over many years. Animals often confuse plastic parts with food, which then causes them serious damage. Together we will free the river bank and the Murg-Auenpark in Frauenfeld from human rubbish and in doing so raise our awareness of the packaging craze and our own consumer behavior. The collected material is separated together and prepared for recycling and recycling.
