Common Diversities – Diaspora im Dialog bringt diasporische Stimmen in einen gemeinsamen Austauschraum. Ausgehend vom Sammelband "Common Diversities Filipino Europeans Remaking the Past, Shaping the Future" diskutieren Autor:innen und migrantische Organisationen Fragen von Identität, Migration, Sichtbarkeit und kultureller Selbstrepräsentation. In einer Kombination aus Lesung, Panel und partizipativem Workshop entsteht ein Dialog über stereotype Zuschreibungen, Solidarität zwischen Communities und Zukunftsvisionen für ein postmigrantisches Zürich. Die Veranstaltung lädt die philippinische Diaspora sowie eine kultur- und migrationsinteressierte Öffentlichkeit ein, Perspektiven zu teilen, zuzuhören und gemeinsam neue Narrative zu entwickeln.
