Doug's union is still on strike, and his inactivity is starting to get to him. He really gets on Carrie's nerves, but he doesn't want to talk about his problems. Doug turns to his sister Stephanie, who works as a PE teacher. She gets him a job as a teaching assistant at her school, which Doug enthusiastically accepts. Unfortunately, the very first lesson is a fiasco.
