Inspired by the colors of the landscape, Harris Tweed is the aristocrat among tweed fabrics. It has been woven for centuries on the Hebrides off the northwest coast of Scotland. Today the fabric is experiencing a comeback. Harris Tweed is a celebration of a lifestyle. 218 women and men are weaving tweed again - exclusively at home: this is the condition for obtaining a license.
