Simply put: At the Bern Dance Festival you can watch Bernese and Swiss dance pieces, attend dance lessons and dance at parties.
The dance festival transforms Bern into a dance work of art: a colorful program full of variety and open to everyone.
Friday
12 noon, PROGR courtyard: Performance "Memory" by Lisa Lareida.
Saturday and Sunday
Dance along to over 50 dance courses for all ages and levels. In between you can treat yourself to a break with performances:
→ Saturday, 12:30 p.m., PROGR courtyard: "Pink Carpet" by Nunzio Impellizzeri invites you to think about reality, fantasy and the endless possibilities of life.
→ Sunday, 12 noon, PROGR courtyard: "Bancs Publics" by Cie. 2_1 is an encounter in the rhythm of the street. A public bench and an unusual duo of dancers aged 64 and 61.
→ Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Atelier 065: "Choreographers at Work!" Film - Portrait by Chris Leuenberger
Admission: CHF 25.- (The dance festival pass for all days costs CHF 25 (free for up to 16 years or with a culture GA) and CHF 15 for an individual event. With the sponsor pass CHF 35 you give us a soothing, lasting hug.)
