The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, together with the winemakers from “vinotiv Graubünden” and the Rössli restaurant in Bad Ragaz, is dedicating a weekend to wine and cuisine. “vinotiv Graubünden” brings together passionate winemakers from the picturesque communities of the Bündner Machtum (Fläsch, Maienfeld, Jenins and Malans). They share a fascination for wine and the desire to always achieve top performance when it comes to high-quality wine creations.
This year, the workshops will examine the path of the traditional Pinot Noir and its steep rise to today's Pinot Noir. Where is the wine on this path? Has it already achieved cult status? Are winemakers prepared for the future? Four wine workshops await visitors, which will be accompanied by a well-known trio of journalists. An additional highlight is the tasting, where there is space for personal conversations with the winemakers.
Of course, a little culinary excursion with a suitable wine accompaniment should not be missed this weekend. Visitors can expect lunch in the health and lifestyle restaurant verve by sven (1 Michelin star and 14 Gault-Millau points) and dinner in the restaurant IGNIV by Andreas Caminada (2 Michelin stars and 17 Gault-Millau points). points) or in the Rössli restaurant (16 Gault-Millau points) – freely selectable.
