Jamie and his partner Janko investigate a series of gang attacks against senior citizens living in certain blocks of New York. In order to catch the gang leader Rainy, Jamie and Eddie pose as senior citizens. Meanwhile, Erin has to interrupt her short vacation to re-investigate a murder case. Frank is faced with the question of whether or not he wants to stay on as police commissioner.
