The rebels have rescued Katniss from the arena, and President Coin wants to make the popular heroine a symbol of her fight against the Capitol. Katniss refuses this role, is sent back to her home district and witnesses Peeta calling for a ceasefire. In order to save her friend from the clutches of President Snow, Katniss makes a deal with the rebels.
