At the court of Camelot, the orphan boy Arthur is trained to be a knight. Together with his three friends Tristan, Gawain and Sagramor, as well as Princess Guinevere, he protects King Uther from his enemies and ensures that no one steals the magic sword "Excalibur". The boys hope that they will one day be rewarded with knighthood for their many heroic deeds.
