INDIE, FOLK, POP
Lolā is a young singer, songwriter and guitarist from Lausanne, Switzerland.
She wanders through vast harmonic landscapes using uncommon tunings, a few picking techniques, tempo changes and various rhythmic signatures, a subtle reminder of jazz music.
Her soft and intimate voice navigates a creative universe, combining indie, folk, and pop influences through surprising melodies and soothing harmonies.
Lola’s songs delve into the depths of emotions, confiding vulnerabilities through honest, introspective and full of second- guesses lyrics.
Her debut single, rewind, was released in April 2023. It was selected as a part of the RADAR project by RTS / SRF in January 2024. A second second track, Perks of Living, was released along with a music video in November 2023.
Among her inspirations, notable influences include Lizzy McAlpine, Dodie, Phoebe Bridgers, MARO and Madison Cunningham.
