The witch Lilli and her flying dragon Hektor are called for help. In the distant land of Mandolan, Grand Vizier Guliman wants to become king. But the throne is enchanted. As soon as Guliman tries to sit on it, he flies out again in a high arc. Lilli is supposed to break the spell. But the Grand Vizier is playing with the wrong cards, because the rightful King Nandi is being held prisoner in the Forbidden City.
