The super-combo Chlyklass from Bern, around root 5, PVP, Baze and Greis, is celebrating its 20th anniversary, has a new album in the pipeline and is headed for the Hunziken mill!

Hardly any group has shaped the good old dialect rap more than Chlyklass. The MCs Baze, Serej, Krust, Diens, Poul Prügu, Tiersch, Fantu and Greis have lost none of their originality. We look forward to all the good old classics as well as new songs.

20 years ago, the strongest rappers between Wylerfeld and Muristalden united to form the north-east axis of Bernese rap. Whether you love the sung chorus anthems of Root 5, the crude PVP humor, the deep lyrics and attention to detail of Greis, or the moody flow of Baze, Chlyklass has something for everyone.

And at least since the warm-up song by Swiss champion BSC YB came from the Chlyklass room (root 5 with "Hie"), it's clear: Chlyklass is a Bernese cultural asset. And there is no better place to celebrate this cultural asset than the Hunziken mill.
