Ted is unhappy with Jeanette because she has turned out to be a crazy, unpredictable person. Marshall and Barney are happy when Ted tells them that he has broken up with her. When the newly single man is not at home, Jeanette breaks into his apartment and barricades herself in the bedroom. Ted fears that he has not made himself clear enough when breaking up with him.
