Castle and Beckett are tasked with investigating a kidnapping case. The two-year-old daughter of an artist has been kidnapped. In the difficult search for the kidnappers, Castle and Beckett must work together with Beckett's ex-boyfriend: FBI agent William Sorenson. While Castle is plagued by feelings of jealousy, Beckett tries to separate his private and professional life.
