Mayor Gutherz honors Henrietta as the friendliest face of the month, while Mayor Know-It-All tries to find an even friendlier face in his city. He invites Captain Tollpatsch and Francois, who bring a sloth with them. But Know-It-All loses the sloth and asks the Paw Patrol for help.
